General Information

Profiants is a company based in Eastern Europe, specialized in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing and SMD/PTH assembly. We offer prototyping as well as small and medium volume production. Due to limited capacity, about 20% of the PCBs are manufactured in-house and the remaining volume is outsourced to subcontractors. Currently, we operate 6 production lines. Our main customers are students, hobbyists, engineers, and small businesses across Europe.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday – 8:30 to 16:30 (GMT+2). Our sales and customer support team is available by email until 19:00 (GMT+2).
We aim to keep low prices without compromising quality. This is achieved through continuous optimization of our production processes. Our main goal is responsible service and maintaining the best possible pricing. Proof of our successful approach is our steady growth.
If you experience any issue with our service, please contact us immediately. We will analyze the situation and within 1 business day we will inform you about the cause and possible solutions. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
We guarantee that your designs will not be shared with third parties. If needed, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed.

Orders and Delivery

Upload your Gerber or project files via our online order form. The price is calculated automatically based on your specifications and you will receive a confirmation by email.
If your order has not entered production yet, please contact our support team immediately. In case of cancellation, you only pay for the work already completed. If the boards have been manufactured, the amount cannot be refunded. For assembly, no labor cost is charged for work that has not been performed. Components purchased specifically for your order are non-refundable.
The fastest way is through our online forms for PCB, Assembly and Stencils.
Response time:
  • PCB quote – up to 1 business day
  • Stencil quote – up to 1 business day
  • Assembly (without components) – up to 1 business day
  • Assembly (with components) – 1 to 3 business days
  • Hard-to-find components – up to 5 business days

If you are in a hurry, please mention in your request that you need an express service!

You can also send your inquiry by email, making sure to include all required parameters and attach Gerber, BOM and other files.

There is no minimum order quantity requirement. You can order even a single board for a prototype.
Standard lead times are:
  • Boards (PCB) – 8 to 10 business days
  • Assembly – 10 to 15 business days
  • Stencils – 3 to 5 business days

Express production can be arranged upon request.

We work with DHL, FedEx and DPD for international deliveries. Local couriers may also be used depending on the region.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email and it will also be available in your customer account.

Invoices and Payment

Yes. We do not differentiate between private and business customers – all orders are processed equally.
We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Please note that for orders above 100 EUR paid via PayPal, an additional 3.6% fee applies.
- For new customers, we accept advance payment only.
- For regular and long-term customers, payment after delivery may be possible.
- In some cases, a 50% advance payment is required – this is stated additionally in the quotation.

Technical Questions (PCB and Assembly)

No, it is not necessary. Send us your single design – we will take care of the rest.
The lead time starts after payment is received and your files pass the engineering review (DFM check). If your confirmation is required, the lead time starts after your approval.
Yes, we manufacture both RoHS-compliant (lead-free) and standard (leaded) boards. Please specify your requirement when placing the order so we can use the appropriate process.
Yes, we can provide UL-certified boards upon request. If you need UL marking, mention it in your order and we will ensure compliance with the applicable standards.
If our engineers detect an issue during the review (DFM), we will contact you immediately with a report. Production starts only after the issues are fixed or after your approval.

We accept standard Gerber (RS274-X) files from any CAD software, as well as formats from:
