For the calculation of a printed circuit board assembly please send us the following information:
- Number of printed circuit boards to be assembled
- PCB structure: number of layers, thickness of the entire board, thickness of the copper layers, surface, silkscreen
- Which components do you want to provide?
- By when should the boards be fully assembled? term ?
- Is the board assembled only on one side or on both sides?
- Should we assembly the THT components?
- If you have a target price then please let us know the price
Please also send us the following documents:
- Parts list/BOM (preferably Excel)
- You can also provide catalog distributors part number and we will use this for future reference but will use cheaper sources where available to us.
- Circuit board data, e.g. Gerber data, Eagle, Target, Sprint, KiCad etc.
- If you submit all of this, there will be fewer queries. If you don't have it, send us what you have, in simple cases you can do with less.
