Conductors / Copper thickness

1. Single and double side pcbs They are several Base copper thickness available: -18um -35um -70um -105um Copper surface of conductor traces: In the process of plating the holes are being coppered. At the same time the tracks and pads are being also coppered. In general, the thickness of the copper(base cu) is not sufficient as a conductor line high. The copper layer is being reinforced during the PCB manufacturing to desired height. The finale copper amount depent on the specification of PCB. It could be 35,70,105 um or more. The copper surface on traces is composed of 3 Layers : tablica + snimka 2. Multilayers In the Multilayer production we are using prepregs, cores, copper foils. The actual Copper surface on the conductor tracks is strongly dependent on Pcb design (track density, distribution and broad). All traces and copper areas should have a minimum distance from 0.5 mm to the outer contour.
